The taste of this variety of pistachio leaves an intense flavour on the palate, the organic cultivation does not add products that may be harmful to health. Regenerative techniques mean that the ecosystem on these high plateaus with extreme temperatures between winter and summer, with a tendency to desertification, can generate an ecosystem and restore with them the soil and the landscape. In this way, nutrients are not only extracted from the soil, but also added to it, capturing more CO2 and making a positive contribution to the natural environment than with organic farming alone.
